as per IS 4031 (Part 1 to 15) & IS 4032 for physical &
chemical properties of hydraulic cement. |

around Zankhvav, Chikhli, Songadh confirming to IS 2386. |

and pre-washed sand dredged from fresh water with minimum
silt content and required fineness modulus is used confirming
to IS 383. |

Fly
Ash which is essential for giving good workability, delaying
initial setting time and reducing heat of hydration is also
used as mineral admixture. It also protects reinforcement
from corrosion by increasing impermeability. Fly Ash shall
be confirming to IS 3812. |

Potable
water tested as per IS 3025 and confirming to IS 456:2000
is used for mixing. |

plasticizer cum retarder of standard makes is used to give
desired workability and delay of initial setting time. confirming
to IS 9103. Dosage of super Plasticizer is decided based on
tests as per IS 8142 & IS 6925. |
